Are we members of Notary Rotary?
Hi,
I noticed a fellow notary has a web page saying they are a member of Notary Rotary, including a Notary Rotary icon.
Are we "free" members truly members, or are only paid members actually members?

Hello and Welcome!
Yes. Free members, such as myself, are still members.
In your profile you can click on the notaryrotary logo and add the HTML code to your webpage so that you too may be able to show that you're a member.... just like the other notary.
