Just want to pass on that I did a signing for this company recently and found that Byron is extremely pleasant and professional to work with and would love to have the chance to work with him again, I highly recommend this company.

Well, I have not found that to be true in my case, and it was more than $75 for the closing and the borrowers ended up not signing and I will get paid the full fee.

I'm with you Karen. Byron has always met my price and paid timely. He is also a lot of fun to speak with and a great guy. May just be me though. Cheers
