No, Not really - just don't believe that people should "Spill" their guts on a forum with people they don't know.

Who the cares what my my name is anyway? I don't ever anticipate meeting you. Also I don't think it's a very good idea to give your personal info to strangers. That's just my personal opinion and from what I've read "Don't do it" law enforcement warns people to NEVER give any info about yourself online.

Sorry if it upsets you, but this is my person choice. It's not like I'm trying to Over-throw the government or anything.

Peace!!! Beth

Than what gives you the right to post someone else's name. Let them post their own name.
Why do you care what Cali's real name is?

Yikes! Loretta, I didn't post anyone's name

I was just kidding "I think you're on to something" < I thought to myself "What's the big deal who's - who on this board. Pls read my previous post regarding "Names" - that was a responce to Beth's upset message RE:anonymous being used. Please also notice that people that use a Name have NO link to their names either-so I ask you "what's the difference between being an Anonymous and No link to your name??
I did not make the orginal post RE:Calinotary. I have NO interest in knowing anyones name or intruding on their privacy in any way.

Re: Yikes! Loretta, I didn't post anyone's name

My point was, no one has the right to post anyone's name. I would leave that up to the person themself. No insult to you, sorry. The people that really make me mad are the people that post on here an "anon" and insult people, hide behind their "wanna be" personality when they are really a "nobody". I have enough bal*s to back my mouth up with my name, we all need a few of them. This site has become a feeding ground for insults and sometimes I find myself throwing a few punches too when I shouldn't.

Beth, this is what I was talking about in the other thread

People like you and others that pick a handle or name and stick with it are fine, even if I don't know exactly who they are. At least I can decide if they're someone I want to read and converse with or someone I want to ignore. With these gutless anons, I could read ten posts and not know if I'm reading ten posts from ten cowards or ten posts from the same chickensh... And though most of us use a handle that doesn't identify who we are specifically, I'll bet that there are at least a few people that know who you are, or titlegal, or calinotary, etc. Even though they just use their first name, I still know who Paul, Sylvia, Brenda, and others are. So there's at least some accountability. But again, I'd have no problem linking to my profile if it helped stop this nonsense.

P.S. Two snaps up to Cali for not letting the lowlife who posted his name bother him. I'll always only love the ladies Cali, but I'd sit down and have that six pack with you anytime.

Re: Beth, this is what I was talking about in the other thre

I don't know about that. There's one kind of crucial element that makes me a less than desireable husband to most women, unless they're Katie Holmes or Liza Minnelli.

MichiganAl

Just for you and others' I will no longer post anon.

Let there be NO mistake I am NOT the scumbag that posted someone's name. NEVER would I intrude on anyone's privacy.
My reason for Anon is for my privacy only-again I apologize for upsetting anyone. Please don't assume everyone who posts Anon is a RAT they are not and intend no harm to anyone.

AGAIN! I never have attacked or verbally abused anyone-let alone give out someone's name.

Re: MichiganAl

I don't think anyone thinks that every anonymous poster is a rat, low-life, scumbag, etc. But, without a moniker or handle, it is difficult to impossible to separate the wheat from the chaff. A poster doesn't need to identify themselves using any personal identity information, such as a name, but should adopt a handle so a reputation can be attached to it for future reference.
