CIC in CA...anyone have experience with them?

I've requested business from them in my area, but their initial fee of $50 is low. Has anyone been able to upcharge to get your standard fees? I won't go through the registration process with them if they only pay $50.

Why not go through the registration process? On the agreement I mark out their figures and note 'see area/price list attached'. I send along my own fee agreement. If they can't get anyone else in the area they will pay your fee. Especially if it's a distance run, I have received up to $250 for a 1-2 hr drive if they can't find anyone else to go. It still pays to sign up with them even for those few desperate ones.
