Can anyone beat this?
I was just offered a piggyback, edoc signing for a whopping $90.00. For today!! They wouldn't budge on price. They took my 'bid" and said they would call back if I was approved. I can't believe anyone that is in business would accept this insulting fee. Can't be much profit there, maybe they'll find someone brand spankin' new that could use the practice. Poor borrowers

You've got to be kidding........we ought to have a contest to see which one of us gets the most ridiculous offer. I believe the offer you got would take the prize for today. I was just offered $60 for edocs (single loan) 40 miles away and I thought that was bad.

The sad thing is I've read posts from others on this board that argue any money is better than no money if they don't have anything better to do. Well, I would rather clean my gelding's sheath than work for peanuts!

Re:worst offer ever
this was my worst ever offer, one loan - a refinance, 3 unit building with 3 separate couples one per unit all on title so there were to be 3 copies of the same loan one for each couple and of course each couple gets the borrowers copies and of course each couple wants a separate appointment in their own unit, and with e-docs of course and believe it or not I was offered $100.00, this was a Chase loan from NASCO. I had no problem turning that down and they rudely told me my price was way out of line.

Nasco
I wonder if Nasco is going out of business.
They used to give me lots of work for decent prices.
They they had the heloc lender fiasco.
Now when they call (rarely) they want SS fees.

Re: Nasco
very true, I used to get lots of good paying jobs but no more, the fees they have been offering me are an insult. They say that the lenders wont let them pay more but that does not sound right to me.
