Hi Amanda!

I wonder what would happen if you started leaving messages for her regarding payment at her office at Seven Gables?? Hmmmmm, just an idea. I know it may not be the right thing to do, but it's also not right for the trustee of St. John's church to be stealing our money from us. There I go, once again, giving my two cents!

A number of years ago there was a major lawsuit against someone who was leaving messages regarding late payments and the debtor sued and won. Its considered public humiliation.

myself. If we ever get thought police I would be in a lot of trouble. Drawing and quartering is too good for some of these stiffs. Maybe the rack!

I think you will get your money this week too. That is her mo. She pays her screaming notaries first. It used to drive her office person crazy. Keep me posted!

I am not a screaming notary, but I am a persistant one!

Lesson learned, that is for sure.

I had a TC call me for a signing tonight, they still owe me for one I did the beginning of January! Get this, they issued me a check, for the same signing, amount correct, etc. But with the wrong name. They made it out to a different notary! 3 weeks ago they asked me to void the check, send it back and they would mail me a new check. I am beginning to think it was a game. I have called asking where the check is, they said they did not forget about me, "it will be mailed soon"..... but today when I questioned the signing tonight, mentioning I am still waiting on a check, he could not wait to get off of the phone. I had not even said I would not do it, merely mentioned that I was still waiting on the check. That got me wondering, maybe this is happening to him often???

I HATE (yes I am screaming there...maybe I am a screaming notary ) rushing to do a signing, dropping everything in my life to accomodate these companies, and then BEGGING for my money!
