Good morning sir.
As I had discussed with you briefly <to my regret in thread with others all high and mighty> I contacted several of the companies that I have done business with and several new. The extent of the conversation went, CREDIT APPLICATION?? WE ARE ABC !!!! to which my reply was "Yes but do you pay your bills ? Your requesting Notaries put you on credit for 30 - 60 days yet you think we can supply you with information about us, what about your company?
One lady had to take this to thier "supreme being" to which she got me a good answer, "Your correct please forward us your information as requested and we will be glad to fulfil your request."
I hope as you stated, maybe a minor change but maybe for once notaries will get a little more recognition, as we are companies all so.
Not so much as a notary, but as a company, which you are as an individual contractor, knowing who your dealing with should not be an "in the dark" thing.
As to the reply to my thread on my "Credit application" question, personal preference and testamonial as to others that work for a particular company are fine. As a business owner they are rumor at best and a per case or event account. Your obligation to your creditors is to make sure your not stearing your company down a path of self-destruction blindly.
