Credible witness

Is it allowed in the state of MD ?. How many ?. Bwr have not goverment issued picture ID, other than work ID. He only has lots of secondary IDs. I would appreciate your opinions. Thanks in advance.

I want a drivers license a passport ect,ect. This is what maryland sos thinks.
40. What is satisfactory proof?
Satisfactory proof is that amount of proof which is sufficient to convince the notary public that the person making the acknowledgment is the person described in the document, and the one who executed it. A good rule for a notary public to follow would be to require such proof of identification as he or she would require to cash a very large check for that person.

You said "borrower have not goverment issued picture ID, other than work ID" Does he/she work for the USG and have a government issued employer ID card from a federal agency? I would take that as long as you are sure it's a federal ID. It would say as much on the ID. Otherwise, you have to stick to DL and/or passports.
