Customer marketing

Does anyone here send post-closing thank yous out to title companies and/or customers? I've been using www.sendoutcards.com/3602 and finding success with it. I don't send cards to companies who I didn't have a good experience with, but if I want to have their business in the future again, I've found a followup 'thank you' card goes a long way.

I'd like to hear from you if you've had any experience with this as I've done just a few so far, but am considering upping the frequency.

In my opionion to send cards to your SS's and your OWN TC's is a nice thought. I leave cards for the people I notarize for. It would undermine the SS that hired you if you are sending thank you cards to their clients.

Kurt I am just curious, I went to that site and it appeared to me that if you sign up with them, they want you to refer someone else to them. Do you get kickback money from them when you come to a site such as this and advertise the site for them? Just wondering.

I think you hit the nail right on the head Kydocrunner. If he had any sort of posting history on this board, or if he had given the website without the referral code in the address I'd be inclined to give the benefit of the doubt, but it looks like today is his first day here. It's an old trick, make a couple of on topic posts so your spam doesn't look quite as much like spam.
