DCS Dakota Creek Singings

I just spoke with Dwayne at DCS about a signing I did for them last November. I called him at home. He said he is working on everyone getting paid in the next 30 days. His father has cancer and that is why he is behind in payments. While I have sympathy for anyone ill, I still want paid. It seems his payment history in the past hasn't been that good. His attitude sucks and I was told no one should call him at home. He said anyone calling him at home goes to the bottom of his list. I told him that was fine with me. Just thought I would post this info to those who haven't been paid from him. I also checked them out on SOS and their corp. status was suspended. I will call the title company on Monday and see if that helps. My only refret is that I didn't check them out on this site before I did the signing for him.

I completed a signing Oct. 27, 2005 and have not been paid. I advised the mortgage company that chose DCS to locate a signing agent and also the title company that closed the transaction.
I also wish that I had done more research on this company before accepting a signing. I have never been "stiffed" before on any signings until now. Ouch! I will do research from now on.
