Depositions

Hello all, I have an assignment to swear in an individual prior to their appearence at a deposition. My question is what type of documenttation is needed in addition to a drivers license or Id card? Second which is the proper certificate to issue, if any at all. Thanks

Hi Brenda, first thank you for your response. I am also a Paralegal in addition to being a Notary public; the reason for the question was this is my first deposition as an independent.
I have since contacted the office of the Sec. of State for my state and have since had my question answered.
