Early Payment Option

Has anyone heard of this??? I just received a confirm for a signing, and there's a box at the bottom that says "Early Payment Option", where you can sign and basically accept a lower fee in exchange for them sending out payment the day you sign the loan. I hope this doesn't turn out to be one of those companies that's hard to get paid from!

How about a late payment option if they don't pay within 30 days? Maybe a 20% surcharge?
Did you search the company's name to see what came up? I have save a lot of money and headaches doing that.

I have worked for this company, they do pay, I just do not

exercise the early option which results in a lower fee that isnt all thay great to begin with.
