I would like to take this opportunity to recommend a great signing company. Darcie Bronson of Elite Closings, LLC. She is a great person to work with and has been a signing agent, so she knows our woes. She also pays very promptly and pays the full amount if the signing does not complete. She has no fax backs either. Please keep her in mind.
