End of Month

How's everyone doing for the end of the month in February? I have never been this slow . . if this is the trend a lot of full time notary/signing agent's are going to be out of business soon. So, is it only me or has your phone been extremely quiet lately? I did get 2 calls today. One for tomorrow and one for Saturday, but the slow down so far this year has been tremendous for me.

I have done 6 this month and one was a cancel after closing so I will only get half fee for that one instead of the full fee, I hate it when companies do that. I sure hope things pick up next month.

I've had a great month!

For whatever reason I've been getting alot of calls for 'basic' notary public work. I have no problem doing this (I'm a public servant before signing agent) especially when they meet my minimum fee. I wonder why the sudden surge in basic requests.

Has anyone else been getting "basic" calls?

My February has been fair. The EOM is looking up. I also have had an increase in general notarization requests. They all say they found me here. Fine with me, fills the gaps!

The last 2 weeks were much busier than this week for me. I was ready for a crazy week, but not so. I do have 3 for tomorrow though, and had to turn one down.

Been a bit slow this month but we had company for 2 weeks and I turned down some work. Now they are gone and I have 3 loan signings scheduled for tomorrow!

Susan, where are yo located? I am in Orange Cty and it has

been low for me since the first of the year. From whjat I have noticed on the boards it looks like it is pretty slow in CA right now. Sure hope it picks up!
