I completed a signing for them 08-2005. I did a search found nothing and took a chance. I keep calling they are waiting to be paid . The loan was completed without error. The loan did fund. You may want to add them to the no no list...............

I received an offer from ESS to do a 1st and 2nd and they waived the fax back requirement
but when I asked them if the loan doesnt fund, do I still get paid, they were honest and
told me that no, you dont get paid. Ok, find someone else because I dont work for free.

I've done work for them also - they are very slow to pay - just keep on them and eventually you'll get paid.

A company paying 60days to 90days is slow pay,but 6 months is a dead beat company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
