Experts, Help Please!

I had a DOT, Note signed by the borrower 2 days ago. Now the loan officer wants me to get a Grant Deed signed. Do all the dates have to be the same date. I know the DOT and Note have to, but what about the GD. I have to leave pretty soon and am wondering if I should just have the borrower resign all the docs!!! Won't backdate!

This is where I leave it up to the person responsible for having the paperwork correct. However if memory serves me correctly they do not have to have the same date. I recall doing one last year where they had the info on the GD wrong and had me go out and do another one a week or so later.

MBCA why did you start another thread on this? I read, I respond, then I find it again a half an hour later. It makes the topic disorganized. Now to to the woodshed (j/k). Just a little venting.

Sorry SarahBeth, I was getting a little anxious, I needed to leave for a appointment and had to have an answer before I left!!! I guess it was my way of raising my hand! Please don't send me to the woodshed!! Thanks for responding! You were right!!
