Express Signings

Just received a call from Express Signings to do a closing for them. I searched on NotRot and they were on the "NO NO" list - I called them back immediately to cancel and "Harry" hung up on me! I felt really bad to turn down the signing, but they have a very bad rep. Just wanted to express. Thanks!

I havent' had any problems with them. Meet my fee and pay between 30-45 days. Sometimes you cannot go by the posted no-no list. But, if there is constant discussion on the boards regarding a slow pay/no pay company, then you should be hesitant.

I have worked with Express Notary...not Express Signings.

I just received a check from Express Signings for a signing I did three weeks ago. They also met my fee without a problem. If a company has mixed comments I will usually give them a chance. If they have a lot of negative comments I refuse work from them, but I always tell them it is because of their payment issues.

Never had a problem with them. You need to make your OWN No

No list. Several good companies on that list that others had great luck with.
