FASS

I accepted a WAMU refi from FASS. Smaller fee ($80) but it was docs to borrower and about 3 minutes from my home. Siging took no more than 25 minutes, pleasant borrowers. Got home, found a list of faxbacks. 31 pages total. It required the mortgage to be faxed back so like usual, I sent the first page, sig page, and notary page. Got a call about 5 minutes later, "they need the entire mortgage, please don't try to save time and send just three pages", is this some kind of joke? I grumbled and then did indeed fax all the pages of the mortgage over bringing the total to 44 pages of fax backs. NEVER AGAIN!!

Really??? they never asked me for the whole mortgage. The faxback sheet clearly says only the signature/notary page along with the first page. Wonder what nut at FASS told you that! must be a newbie! sorry that had to happen to you!
