February sure is lovely/OT

It's only 1/2 way through the month and I'm already at my 6 months running average, 90% of February signings are scheduled atleast 2 days in advance. I got a nice See's Candy with hot tea treat earlier today from a single (female) borrower .

I cannot say the same

I am doing my weekly average, but I was hoping to continue the strong 4th quarter I had. Oh well, lets hope for brighter days.
