Git 'er done
Had a signing yesterday that was a major pita.
Docs fine, TC fine, borrower was nuts.
Example: he wanted to take the signed package to UPS so he could "fix some things."
I was at the table for 2 hours.
But the TC fee was good and they only use me in this area so I took my lumps.
This morning, I get an email from the TC. They told me to resubmit my invoice for this job and add $50 to it as thanks for my trouble.
Even if you get a pita job, always git 'er done.
