Good Morning to You All and Thanks

Thank You to everyone who posted a responce to the GPS question! Like several other's mentioned it's the night driving and trying to find house numbers thats a real problem for me. It appears that the GPS is the solution to the problem. Because of the rapid expansion here there are so many streets that are not listed in Maquest or RandMcNally the GPS would be a real lifesaver.

Thanks again and everyone have a great weekend. Rest up for a Busy week ahead. Yeah!!!

Cyndi,

I live here and I don't recognize it! lol Each and every day there's something new roads-extensions-housing-businesses(like Colorado Springs needs more restaurants) I feel bad for the wildlife-poor things are either killed or driven into areas that they can't thrive in. At my home we are getting more and more deer, coyotes, bears , mountain lions and others. They are just trying to get away from The Human Kind! A lot of the wildlife will not surive this, like the Prong Horn. They have always been my favorites, they look so regal and are so gracefull to watch. It makes you cry when you see another dead one someone has hit with their car.

Don't know if you would care for this place anymore-changes and moving to fast without enough pre-planning! It's starting to look like LA when you look down on the city from all the traffic. Not Good!

Lions & Tigers & Bears, Oh My!

Ok well no tigers, but we do have mt. lions & coyotes here in No Cal. The bears are plentiful in Yosemite, though I haven't heard of them around here. We have tons of rattlesnakes! Big squirmy things spooking my horse, we have to watch our step while hiking or riding.

I'd also like to thank everyone for the great GPS advice - Teddog, can you image how much time and gas we'll save when we stop doing circles? It'll be like having a friend in the car telling us directions, only the system will be correct!!

I am really excited about the mere though something talking while I drive!lol And giving me directions to "Boot" WOW!

Time saved and less gas what a concept, you just gotta love it ! Yes I'm getting a little tired of pulling up in front of a Prairie Dog Town looking for 6558 Whatever Lane! Yikes all that barking! lol Bwrs just don't know where they live and some of those directions "Good Grief" good thing we carry cell phones (if you can get reception) all the better.

I think this will be a very useful purchase. Now what's next? Computer and printer in the Jeep gomobile. lol
