Good News!!! Lisa Schrieber is in Jail!!

I just got the best news in the world and many of you who were involve maybe jumping on chairs and tables to dance with me.

Lisa Schrieber of Signature One, Notary America, etc.... has been arrested and is in jail!!!!!! I just heard that she was arrested 10 days ago. Sources who actually work with her in Arizona has reported this and they have provided enough proof to the State Attorney's office to lock her up. If you like more info, you may email me.

Thank you to all who made a difference by standing up for yourselves, for all the Notaries in the USA and CNSA's.... and putting SS like her away!!!!

We can get our own info on this....just log on to the local newspaper and look for the story...that's about all the info you can get while case is pending! HA! Unless some people have supercop status for every jurisdiction. (Even then lips would be sealed). Jeez!

What was I suppose to clairfy that the information I'll get was public records? I am only CORI certified for the Massachusetts. Not the entire world.

The information I was going to get was public records. I am linked to a couple of "databases" that could retrieve it quickly.

You may be supercop, but I'm not.... and I didn't think administrative assistants were considered police officers or robocops... If I need you to type a booking report, I'll give you a call. If I need a police officer, I'll call the real police officers that are out on patrol risking their lives for us. Not some secretary.

but where I come from one is protected by what they call the United States Constitution. If the original poster is correct, and the lady was arrested 10 days ago, I guarantee you some case information is available. It's called an Arraignment. They don't bring you before the court/judge/justice of the peace 30 days after you've been arrested. That's stupid to think.

Given the original posters message, it would be assumed that a case has been brought against the person arrested (duh), and more then likely, an arrest warrant issued based on probable cause.

If she was arrested, as with anybody, then I guarantee you their is what they call a PUBLIC DOCUMENT (of the arrest and charges against her). Surely I shouldn't have to elaborate on that.... but if you need me to explain it, then feel free to ask.

Granted Charmy, I know your original intent was to follow me around on this board and harass me. But I don't care.

I don't believe there was any remorse only a desire to be reinstated to do more of the same. Unfortunately we are not dealing with a normal person. I am sure any remorse shown was feigned. Sealer and Dee_MA have appeared a few times and you can tell by the intense glee that there is a deep rooted psychological problem manifesting itself here. I am concerned about cmd_nh because now he is obsessing. Note how he has researched cmd's employer and status in previous posts. That is not a healthy mind at work. Most of us can get angry even totally pi@@ed at someone on these boards but we get over it. This is not a healthy situation we're dealing with.

Just in case many missed it in the last few months...I have been on this case for a very long time...and I know another Notary or two has also. We were determine to get her. Then one day I got an email from someone whose daughter works with Lisa in Phoenix and her husband for a title company. She found boxes that Lisa let laid around ( yes she is that naive) that had enough proof of her scams not only in the notary world, but also in other things such as trying to establish a non-profit organization for children who have cancer under a false Tax id#. She impersonated herself as different people and claimed she worked for some title company in Tucson. We found out last fall that she had moved to Phoenix from Tucson when her PO Box/business address was no more then a UPS store.

My source actually worked with Lisa and her husband in Phoenix and when she found out what Lisa had been doing in Tucson and now in Phoenix, she went to the President of the company and a full investigation was placed on both of them. They had applied for work under a false SS# and claimed they obtained a new SS# due to "identity theft". She is also wanted for bad checks, fraud and a number of other things. When my source found hard evidence of Lisa's scams, her mother and I contacted the State of Attorneys office in Tucson and the Tucson Police along wtih Phoenix and let them move in on her.

My source will get back to me with additional information to all what is going on and what will happen next. I'm in contact of the detective who has been investigating her and as soon as I get more information, links to direct you, etc.. I'll be more then happy to share it with you.

I think she has enough law suits, complaints & charges against her by other notaries that they found sufficient evidence to book her.

If there is anything here that is unclear, please don't hesitate to ask.

Lisa Schrieber and her husband, Dennis was supposely the owners of Signing services as Notary America, Signature One and a few other names and failed to pay notaries for services provided. They also paid some notaries with bad checks (i.e. sent out checks, but closed accounts and checks bounced). Everytime she was caught with the scam, she would start a new company with a new bank account, and at times impersonated herself as a member of a title company to recruit notaries ...but screwed up with her confirmation faxes by using her "old-company's" name. She tried to disappeared with funds owed. It is with my understanding, several notaries have filed law suits against her and there are judgements against her. Because it is interstate, I beleive that the FBI was also involved.

Lisa is in jail for violation of her probation...also the additional charges are for Fraudulant Schemes/Artifices #2 Theft-Unauth service/Property #3 Computer Tampering/Access for Fraud

and it is with my understanding also for identity theft. I also learned from my sources...that they are going to be adding additional charges from her employment which she was just fired from which is in violation of her probation and!!! she also wrote some fraudulant letters to the judge from their computers using the title company's letterhead stationery. She also stole some of the title companies computers as well. She owed them money and they are auditing their books to see what checks she wrote out ...so embezzlement may be added.

She is not in jail for what she did to the notaries,however, I'm sure that will be icing on the cake as she was on probation when she committed those crimes and she was not to have her notary commission if she is a criminal. Her husband also has a criminal hx.

Just do the court search and put in her last name and her first name initial "E" . Her legal name is Elizabeth Ann Schrieber but heard she was going by several alias names as well. Also...here is another icing on the cake. She was working as a Call girl using the alias name as Melissa Martin.

This also explains why she was hidig things at her work...so her probation officier wouldnt find it in her home.

I'm trying to find out who her probation officier is as well.
