Greenbelt Real Estate Services (GRES)

I just filed a BBB complaint (http://www.newyork.bbb.org/) against GRES. I have very detailed records and was able to file the complaint online. I will be contacting the Title Company tomorrow to discuss GRES's method of dealing with the Notaries they hire. I will email them the link from the search conducted here so they can easily see the vast numbers of Notaries that have been mistreated by them. I have already informed GRES that these are the steps I would take if full payment was not received by 1/31/05.

Contacted the Title company 2/2/2006 and received a check from GRES this morning (2/3/2006). They overnighted it for $14.40. I will contact the BBB and the Title company to update after the check clears.
