They have 4 and a half star on the notrot rating, but are they still a 50.00 dollar SS?

I was going to sign up with them and was told that if I can accept 50.00 and 25.00 for
e docs. Do they pay just that? Or anybody have paid more than that.

I have done some for them....they paid my fee, no problem....and it wasn't near $50. They were really nice to work with and paid fast! I will definately work with them more if they call!

I have done many closings with them through one of our local attorneys. They did not seem to be a fifty dollar company. They have met my fee everytime with no haggling. I dont know if they pay fast since they pay the attorney directly, then the attorney pays me. I think highly of this company - very professional.

Though I'm not located in WV, WV is an attorney only state, just like MA, where notary signing agents can still do signings, but must be under the direction of an attorney. Therefore, the NSA must solicit attorneys and become affiliated with them.

I know of NSA's, affiliated with attorneys, who continue to advertise and court title companies and lenders, but always stipulate that they are working with/for attorney so-n-so.

When I'm in GA, I work with Dewy, Cheatum and Howell.
