Help! Direct Lending/Professional Settlement Services

Does anyone know if this company is one and the same? I received a call to do a signing today from Direct Lending, but then the confirmation came from Professional Settlement Services.

The phone number is 800-324-7152 or 317-872-7251 and address is 3901 W. 86th St., Indianapolis, IN.

After reading their contract and non-complete stuff, I canged the contract. They sent me a request to fill out app and complete contract with no changed. I opted to not respond.
