Help Please!!
In this loan doc package, I have a "Corporation Assisgnment of Deed of Trust". There is no where for the bwr to sign, next page is a page with notorial wording and beside that is says the lender's name. Premier Bancorp. I do not notorize this page correct???? Again there is not a space for the borrower to sign, so I do not notorize this correct? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
