Funny. I didn't realize that Desserts spelled backwards was Stressed. I have heard about Evian spelled backwards.

What does RACECAR spell?

Beth, that sounds like a fun diet!!!

Re: Sugar free chocolate

I actually like sugar free chocolate. I don't have any dietary restrictions, but I think most of us consume way too much sugar anyway and I find that s.f. choc. is a fine sub. Reminds me of dark chocolate.

Or is it "tastes like chicken?" I forget. :-)

Re: Sugar free chocolate...Rick

I really like a lot of the sugar free candy as well. I was diagnosed diabetic at 7 so I really don't remember the other stuff too much. No remaining comparisons......

Re: Sea food diet.

All of those things CAN be eaten if they are organic and the fish if it has gills and fins. Our food supply is laden with chemicals which in turn make us sick. A good book to read on this is Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About. They, meaning the FDA, the FTC and the food industry in general. It's a real eye-opener.

Ya and Kevin Trudeau was banned from doing any info-mericials and is being sued up the rear by many of his readers of his new book.

Re: Sea food diet.

He still has a spot late at night. The book is still very enlightening and extremely disturbing. Who do you think controls TV? The sponsors. Who are the biggest sponsors? The drug companies. Look at all the drug commercials on TV anymore, the quick fix of popping a pill. It's all about lifestyle. It's all about the money. Too many diseases for too many years, too many people dieing.

Re: Sea food diet.

I agree about what you're saying but I don't believe in Kevin. There is too much proof on him that he is a con. Here is a very brief statement about him, there are many many things he has done to scam people:

2004: FTC ban, fines
More recently, on September 7, 2004, the FTC announced that they were banning Trudeau from "appearing in, producing, or disseminating any future infomercials that advertise any type of product" because he repeatedly made "fraudulent" and "unsubstantiated" claims in them. [1] In addition, Trudeau paid $500,000 in cash and transferred ownership of a luxury vehicle and a piece of residential property in California to satisfy a $2 million fine against him. Lydia Parnes, Acting Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection stated that “This ban is meant to shut down an infomercial empire that has misled American consumers for years.” The charges arose from work Trudeau did on an infomercial featuring Bob Barefoot and British actress Debbie Flett advertising coral calcium, a dietary supplement. However, Trudeau's infomercial advertising his book still airs on a daily basis because he is still allowed to promote publications. Airings of these infomercials in 2005 have included a guest appearance by Tammy Faye Bakker.

It's in the book!

This is in the book. He has a section on this very thing. Too lengthy to get into, I just believe much of what the book states is true. This is my opinion.

Round is a very good shape if it lets you eat chocolate.

Re: Sea food diet. Hi Art, where ya been?

I'm been working 5PM to 2AM for the last couple of weeks. Running some tests of a new product I'm involved in developing. I'm still around, just don't have as much time to check the board.
