How to regain California notary status
My cousin decided to leave California and go to Florida. He went and sent his certificate back to resign his commission. But,he did not send in his book or seal yet. Now he has decided to return to California. Does anyone know if he has to take another class to regain his California status? If so,does he need to take both the notary and loan signing courses or just the mandatory refresher?
