RE INITIALING DOCS WHEN A BORROWER INITIALS A DOC AS TO CORRECTION OR INITIAL 1ST PAGE OF 2 PAGE DOC WHERE 2ND PAGE REQUIRES SIGNATURE DO YOU HAVE HIM DATE IT AS WELL OR ONLY DATE AFTER SIGNATURE AND NOT INITIALS

Charles, have the borrower initial only where they have made corrections or where initials are required. Only date where it is indicated to date. Turn off the all caps please.

you may like the caps, but don't be alarmed to find out that most of us don't, and when you quit getting responses to your posts, that will be the reason.
