Re: Charles...

Whether or not you mean to yell all caps is considered yelling. Go to view and change your text size to a larger print.

Re: Charles...

Boy, you'd think somebody who has been on computers for 35 years would know how to TOUCH TYPE by now and not have to rely on reading the screen in ALL CAPS.

Now you wanna explain why you only have the literacy skills of a 5th grader? Only morons don't use punctuation when they write.

Do you mean an ICO loan? There are many loan products, including ICO products that are dated for the end of the month. This is to minimize any per diem costs associated with closing the current mortgage and opening the new mortgage. There is nothing wrong with the signers signing the document before the date they become effective, as long as your notarizations reflect the current date (the day they appeared before you). I also suggest you urge the signers to date any signature dates with the current date as well.

Holy cow dude, slow down!

Five threads in a row and all in caps. Charles, take a valium and please turn off the caps before we all start thinking you're a troll. If you've been on computers since 1971, you must have some small sense of netiquette (you may have poor eyesight, but we're the ones who have to read this). And no, I've never heard of the above nonsense, and I've never heard of chucking, and no you don't waste you're time dating initials. I'm sorry, what were your other 12 questions?
