IREP checks in California

I just wondered if any notaries in California, or anywhere in the U.S. for that matter are having trouble receiving there checks form IREP. Have been signing for them for years and have had no trouble, but this month I am being told there is a "California Mail Problem" ???? I am getting the rest of my mail ok, just wondered if any of you notaries out there are still waiting on checks that were said to be mailed on 2/15.

received my check fine from IREP last week, always on time, never late, I take all they offer.

I may sound stupid, but I'll take a chance. Who is IREP? Obviously I've never worked for them.
