I am sooooo ticked...

had a 6pm, e-doc...waiting all day, call the TC at 2 and tell them that in order to MAKE the appt on time, I needed the docs by 4pm, original schedular out sick, talked to someone else. She said she'll find out what's going on and call me back - never did.
Sitting here turned down two for this evening because I'd be hung up all nite....
Check e-m again and lo and behold e-mail. They had to push back the appt for later tonite and contacted another notary to do it!!! Why wasn't I called and asked if I could still do it? I simply stated that I needed them by a certain time in order to BE on time. mannnnn

Charmed, I'm with you.

I had 4 scheduled today. 3 cancelled..Just told their LO they didn't want to do it. How often does that happen? Turned down I don't know how many signings today because of the 4 I thought I had. I didn't find out that my 7pm cancelled until I was 30 minutes into my drive to borrower's home.

My 4:30 appt is the only appt. that was kept and I am about to meet him in about 30 minutes at a fast food place. Was 30 minutes to his house and he called and stated he had just left another state and would not be there on time! Geez! What is in the water today?

This sort of brainlessness on their part, coupled with the proof of perfection they want from us--the faxbacks, phone calls, etc. to prove we're doing our part...ticks me off, too. They should clean up their act before they harass me about mine.
