Insurance Bonds

Hello this may sound like a totally dumb question but after recently having a baby I seem to have mommy brain and cannot remeber how I go about my bond and insurance. I purchased my merchants bond from this company last year march and filled it at the court.. Now does my insurance expire that I purchased and am I supposed to repurchase that and if so how do I go about that?

I would suspect it is the length of your commisson-4 years, however I could be wrong.
