Invoices and fee schedule
I am a new mobile notary (in OH) and looking for a place to find examples of invoices and fee schedules to bill and have avaliable for contracts. Are there examples of these types of dcuments anywhere? Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Jenca, I used my computer and made my own. They can be as simple or elaborate as you wish. I used Microsoft Word and home publisher to make mine. You can add picture files to dress them up. Good luck to you.

Microsoft Word also has a lot of great templates to work from. I used one of their templates and then modified it to work with me. I also added my companies logo. Good luck!

speaking of which...
I made an invoice and cleaned it up but I can't get rid of the second (now blank) page. I moved it onto desk top so I can get to it quick, but I cannot for the life of me figure how to get it to print the only page I need, so frustrating! I even copied it and moved it to Word and on word it still has the bottom on a second page.

Re: speaking of which...
Strange. You can view the formatting by choosing Format/Styles and Format and see if there are any strange characters that you can delete that may be cause a second page to print. Its kind of like looking at a websites source (HTML) code. It this doesn't help you can send me a copy and I'll see if I can fix it for you.

Re: speaking of which...
Charm, I'll try and help you cause I think I know what you are talking about. In the original document once opened, place the cursor on the blank page, using your backspace key, keep pressing it until the blank page disappears. Then make sure you save it to the same file as before. Hope this helps. If this is a template, make sure to save it to the desktop file of the invoice. Templates are automatically saved in file for templates on the C drive and if you save it there it will not make the changes on the file you have on the desktop.

Re: Charm!
If your invoice is done in "Word", then click on the Paragraph icon on the top of the screen. It will show all the paragraph thingies (great word huh? can't think of the name). It's a backwards P. You have to go to the second page, click where the last backwards P is and backspace till you get back on the first page. I don't know the tech words for it, but that's how I fix it. Hope this helps!
