Lucky me.... just got the call. A whopping $75 for edocs in East New Market.....might be the same one??? Its close to Hurlock.I've heard theres a retired guy from Ocean Pines whos doing edocs for $85 all the way to Kent Island. I've been sent out several times to clean up after him. I have noticed the fees offered to me are definately on a downswing in the last month. I am not reducing my fees under any circumstances. This guy will burn himself out sooner or later and you cant make any money like that...Sorry to vent but I'm not doing this to make money to buy the grandkids toys... its my full time job.

I know the man you are talking about, I saw a business card of this gentlemen at an office that I regularly do closings at.
$75 for edocs in ENM/Hurlock, I don't think so. I won't get out of my chair for that much.

Do you know any hit men in the area????? JUST KIDDING!!!! This guy is crazy. We were getting fees that I was generally pretty happy with til a month or so ago. My husband met him ( hubbies in another industry)at a chamber of commerce meeting and the new guy in town stated hes just doing closings to get out of the house... hes bored. Nice huh???

Not old enough......mid 60's. I'm hoping he'll screw up enough that he wont get alot of repeat calls. We'll see. It is not even cost effective to handle closings at those rates. Guess the old farts got a hell of a pension or hes worried about crossing the social security threshold for pay
so hes charging low fees so he can work all year and "get out of the house". I asked hubby if he looked healthy (I'm bad) and he said very much so. I'll be nice and not say anything else...I'm off to get mexican food and margaritas. Have a good night.

Oh, I know who you are now, doesn't your husband work with my Uncle (KennyWIilliams) from Fruitland, or something like that. He asked me if I knew you.
Our buddy does not hang out on these sites, he rides all over Maryland with boxes of Dunkin Donuts and passes them out at local banks. Pretty smart, huh?
I wouldn't pee on him if he was on fire (ha ha)

My husband works for Weichert out of Fenwick and OC. I think this guy may figure it out when his Exxon bill is equal to his monthly billing for closings. He actually had the nerve to ask my husband for my phone # so he could "pick my brain" about my contact list. Can you believe that?

Kedrick is my husband's cousin, he told me last week that he met you and you were very nice looking. We go to Red Lobster for comic relief. He always sits with us when we eat and tells us all of the gossip about the staff at Red Lobster. He is so much fun.
