LSI Signing

Has anyone had a call from LSI to schedule a signing and confirmed it over the phone and they tell you they will send you a confirmation and never receive one. I had that happen this week, and had turned down 2 signings but when I called back (I didn't get a name or extension because I was in the car) no one had it scheduled. Very frustrating!!!!

Something like that happened to me before but they gave the name of the borrower and so forth so when I called back they were able to find send me the confirmation. They said that they sent the confirmation but I requested to resend it to me again. Later on, I received the confirmation that they sent me the first time.

Hey Donna, I had the same confusion this week. I had two signings scribbled in my day-timer, just time and city. Usually when I get a call and no confirmation I'll call and say, "Hey, where's my confirmation?" But this week I was so busy, I didn't notice I didn't have confirmations until I checked my schedule and had no idea where I was supposed to be, or who hired me. I kept the time slots open and yep, docs arrived. By process of elimination I figured out who hired me, and their response? " Oh, sorry I guess we forgot to send the confirmation." At EOM anything and everything goes, I find it quite amusing! I just do the best I can with what I have to work with.

LSI SANTA ANA, seems to be not very organized. This past EOM, they wanted a signing at
certain time for 2/22 when I got home it was for 2/23 and in the mean time I had rejected
other good offer from an escrow co. Later on that 2/23 never end up closing.
