LSI West

Has anyone done any work for these people and if so, have they been paid in a timely manner?
TIA

They are absolutely the best.....better than LSI, Pgh who takes up to 45 days to pay...LSI Aqua (West) will pay you within 15 days...mostly WAMU or AWL helocs. Easy pkgs, no hand holding, bwr gets docs and you just show up...usually pay $75 but will negotiate if over 20 miles. Take all you can get.

Do all LSI divisions use the same database?

Or do you need to sign up with them separately?

TIA

They still owe me for a Nov Closing.

I've faxed them an invoice per their instructions 3 times. Still nothing.

They are good, but big and east and west. I had a problem being shorted of what was agreed upon and I finally got through to sorry a "Mike" in CA. You are much better off calling and asking for vendor management to clear up. Your faxes might be getting lost in the shufffle. Call and be persistent until you speak to the right person. They really are good if you follow the procedures.

Re: April

They owe me for a signing from last November! Maybe I'm one of those who fell through the cracks! Thanks

Re: April

Was it your first closing with them? I did three in a row for them last spring and it took 3-4 months to receive payment. After all of the calls and faxes, I reached someone that said I hadn't filled out some packet yet and wouldn't be able to receive payment until I filled it out and faxed it back to them. The packet was emailed and it was about 30 pages long. After I faxed that looooonnnnggggg packet back, I got paid for the 3 signings. Twice as a matter of fact. (The loans were signed in May, pay was in Aug.) I couldn't believe I had to call back to find out how to give them their money BACK after fighting so long to get paid! lol Anyway, now that the kinks are worked out, I get paid in 2-3 weeks.

Re: April

Been working for them for 5 years now. Originally I invoiced them per their instructions on the day of closing. Then, followed up after payment not rec'd in 6 weeks later. Called LSI West, they said I was in the system and they didn't know why I didn't get paid, all was okay with the loan. They said they would send me out a check. I said, "No problem, I have never had a problem with you in the past and I am not concerned about not getting paid, I know you will follow through." (I am too easy going, whenever I tell someone "take your time" or "I'm not worried" they always seem to slack). Sent another invoice to the person per their instructions.
Still nothing. Sent an unpaid invoice reminder since then. Still nothing.
I know they will pay me, its just a matter of hounding them. And I waste so much of my time doing that with companies.
