Lack of Stolen Check Update
Here's a big suprise. I called the police dept to find out what they are doing with the check that was basically stolen from me. The very nice girl on the phone said that oh, the officer has it on his desk, but it doesn't look like he's done anything yet. WOW! Good thing we can count on the Police!
After the week I've had, I am giving up the coffee and going to make myself a good stiff drink. I think maybe I'll go with a Grey Goose Martini....
HEY IT'S FRIDAY, and i just officially opened the bar. What's your order?

OT When I ran the 200 Oak Club (you can still google it) I
was awarded three golden oak leaf clusters by the customers for the following recipe:
I never measured, just made it by eye and used a pourer/count method, if there was some left over I gave it to the customer and there usually was.
Frozen sweetened strawberries (come in a can from the freezer section or Fruitful strawberry concentrate, e-mail me if you want the address for Fruitful)
Myers Dark Rum (
Fresh Mexican Lime Juice
Blend with very little ice and pour into a Margerita Glass rimmed with coarse sugar. I used to squeeze fresh mexican lime juice into the rimmer pad so that the sugar would have the lime flavor. Lets enjoy together!
