Lisa Schreiberaka Signature One
Just wanted you to know that Lisa had given me a bad check for $75 last year and I filed in September 05 through the Pima County Attorney Bad Check Program. Today I received a check from the County Attorney a check for $100 I suggest anyone who has gotten a bad check from Lisa go to the Pima County in AZ and download the bad check program guide and get your money.

Is this company still in business? How can they be allowed to continue? They owe me 75.00 since November. I have sent them a certified demand letter and they still haven't responded. You hear constant complaints about them . . I haven't received any payment bad or good yet.
I guess my next attempt will be through the lender then if that fails I will file a small claims action. I work a full time job so I will sue for loss wages since I will need to miss work to go to court. What a pain . . .

We too also received a check from the Pima county. We were VERY surprised to see that. I am glad that the law has finaly caught up to her and demanded her to pay restitution. Its about time.
Susan/CA.....you will not get anywhere with the lender OR Signature One. Signature One is out of business as far as I know. If you want to get paid on this you need to contact the Pima County Attorney.

Unless Susan/Ca received a bad check the County Attorney can do nothing for her. Her only recourse is to file a small claims case.
