My docs are in, need some help please.

I've printed the escrow docs fine but the docs are coming out "double printed" or "shadow printed" when I open the attachment it says DocMaster v3.00 and it lists all the documents and gives me the option to print all or selected ones.

My computer is moving awfully slow, tried doing a search on" Docmaster " but took a long time before it said nothing found. The borrowers wanted to meet asap. Is this something I can fix or do I need to call the lender?
