My email to Professional Settlement Solutions.

Mauricio

I'd be more than happy to return your sign up package, however; I have a few questions I'd like to have addressed beforehand. First, we never spoke, so I am curious as to where you got my information, so i know which marketing avenue is working.

Professional Settlement Solutions is a very tarnished name in the business, in regards to not paying, and very very slow paying. What assurances can I have that you have solved those issues? I am one to take chances with companies, even if the rest of the experienced notaries shun a particular company. Which is the case of PSS, as I'm sure you've come across.

What is your pay time-table, what do you pay on average for a closing? Do you require Fax-backs, and if so are you willing to pay for the inconvenience of faxing back? I'm sure we both realize that the saturation of inexperienced and incompetent notaries into the NSA workforce has put forth the need to fax documents back, however; I am double certified with the NNA, and 123notary.com, have 3 years experience, with over 2000 signings completed.

Thank you for addressing these issues, and hopefully we can begin developing a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Good luck, buddy. They sent me on a job without signing their silly contract and tried to get me to send it back, after the fact. I refused to sign the contract because I did not agree to the terms. In the end, I got a whopping $50 for an evening on pure Hell.

What a PITA.

They called me,too, as you could tell from the earlier questions. I hadn't responed yet but was told that $50-$65 was "in their ballpark". I should have told them that wouln't even buy a hotdog and beer.

Did my first signing for them last week. Met my $100 fee, but now I have a feeling will never see it.Have emailed me to fax to send the missing w-9 and resume that I already faxed to them twice. Am wondering if this is what they will use as an excuse for nonpayment. I was in the car when they called, if I would have searched them, wouldn't have taken the closing from all the bad info posted the last week on them. Is there anyone out there who has had a postive experience with them?
