NNA-CO notaries...

Get ready for another saturation effort from the good ol NNA. They will be in Denver on 3-29 and Co. Springs on the 31st. Making all kinds of big promises and leaving us to clean up thier mess when we have an onslaught of newbies who think they are gonna get rich quick!
On the brighter side, look at all the potential calls we'll be getting to go out and clean up the messes made by the new NNA CERTIFIED! Yiiiipppeee!

TEXAS is no acception

As I renewed my commission, I thought what the heck, NSA sure why not. I thought bookem when you get them... I have plenty of other business to fall back on. As you said cleaning up messes is alot of what I have been doing. From what I can see most of them are LEFT OVERS from a signings that the lender did not include all the paperwork. Not allways the notaries fault.

I agree that it is not always the notaries fault. The majority of what I see after these seminars finish are from people who have never held a commission prior to the NNA onslaught, incorrect notarizations, and, of all things, notarized notes in the original pkg...LOL! The NNA has a list of upcoming "seminars" on thier site, can't remember if there's a seminar coming up in TX within the next 3 mos or not.
Fortunately within 2-3 months the "clean up" things go back to normal, and I notice a lot of the NSA's that were here are gone again.

They may be gone, but the next NNA graduates are just waiting in the wings for their get rich chance.

Has anybody ever thought of picketing an NNA affair? You know....walking the line in front of their seminar with posters that say something like NNA - Liars - Boycott their pyramid get rich quick seminars...or something like that. If they were in my neighborhood, I'd sure let 'em have it !

I have seriously thought about going to one of these and when it came time for the question/answer part, start throwing things out like, "I've heard that the NNA is saturating areas with NSA's to the point that it's extremely difficult and competitive to get work" and asking how they can say that "you can make 100K a year" doing this when there are more NSA's out there, thanks to them, than there is work. I also wonder what they would do if someone stood up and corrected them on some of the incorrect information they give!

This could be lots of fun!!!! LOL...anyone want to join me?
