I was refered to them by a very reliable source here just this morning. Have not worked with them yet, but I was told they pay well and are good to work with.

Doing one for them tonight. They are great to work with, always meet my fees, pay very quickly. As far as fax backs - I don't think they require any, at least I never do. I work with them a few times a month.

I missed a good one for them today. I programmed my phone to forward to my cell phone and when I returned from my morning appointment there was a message from Nations. Of course by the time I got home and returned their call the assignment had been taken. :-(

I do work for them on a regular basis. I have always been paid on time and when I call, they let me talk to a REAL person if I have an issue.

Mixed experience
Sometimes they call with a low fee (like $85 for refi w/ eDocs) and then they will call the next day with a reasonable fee for a different loan (like $150 for refi w/ eDocs).
I asked them about this.
They say they are sometimes the TC and sometimes not.
Stick to your fees and refuse the low ones.
They pay reliably.

NSC is great
We do a lot for them. We either work for them or directly with their TC. All of which are great.
