New Jersey Property

I have a closing for a New Jersey property. Is New Jersey a spousal state like Florida?

NJ - If primary residents, non borrowing spouse needs to sign (Mort, TIL, RTC and Aff's) None primary only the people borrowing the money sign.

This is not their primary residence. They live in Florida in the winter and New Jersey in the summer
