Notary Cafe
Has anyone else received an email stating that they ahve duplicate profiles with this company? It is really weird because they sent me an email with all of my info for my first profile and then the second as well and the info in the second one was weird becasue user name and password and some other info is stuff Iwould never use. Should I be concerned about this. it is a little scary. TIA

They are a database for many SS's. I got the same mail and I do have two duplicates with different sign on names. I do remember signing up with a few SS's that way.
The cafe is condensing their notaries profiles into one primary file for each notary. You will not have to sign up with the companies that will show up, as they will go to the cafe to look for us. They are also updating their site as well.

It is possible you may have inadverntly signed up with two ss that use this software, just as I did. I received the same email. It seems they are trying to condense and make it easier for us and SS's.
Am I understanding this correctly that companies who use the notary software can just log on to notary cafe and find us without us signing up with the individual companies?
