Have anybody signed their contract where it says that if borrower cancells you get 0.00 dollars?
You get paid 50% if no show and zero if they cancel, makes no sense.

I don't sign any contracts tha even suggest non-payment. This may even be illegal under notary law since it puts you in the very uncomforatable position of not being disinterested. I'd like to see anyone claim that they are a disinterested 3rd party when their payment is on the line.

According to them, thats an old contract, they now pay all their notaries even if loan doesnt fund.
Thats great news, but I dont really like SS that think that our time is worth zero dollars.

My only experience w/them......

was a good one. Svitlana Guy (the owner) is a sweetheart to deal with. I would work for her anytime.
