Notary Handbook for California

I was on the Secretary of State website and all I can find is the 2005 handbook. Does anyone know if the 2006 version has come out yet? If so can you direct me to where I can find it. I tried searching the SoS site but didn't see anything. TIA

I just spoke to the SOS Notary Office this morning. The handbook will be out in March or April.
It will be on the website, or you can send a self addressed stamped envelope to them stating that you would like one mailed. When they are printed, they will mail one to you.
