Evening All!

My very good friend gifted me a Magellan Roadmate 300 GPS for Valentine's Day...I'm delighted to have it BUT I'm having some problems setting it up. If someone out there can give me a hand I would truly appreciate it. Yea, I've called them but I guess I'm just dense today...TIA
