1) I was off filming Survivor.

2) I’m an assassin working for the CIA and I was looking for Osama.

3) I was the Director of Promotions for the Winter Olympics and I’ve been in Italy.

…. unfortunately…. The truth is just not that glamorous.

The sad truth is that until I found the Rotary I had never posted online before. I hardly even surfed the net. I GOT HOOKED! I was getting online in my spare time and was starting to feel guilty that I had this list of stuff that I felt like I needed to finish. So I made a list of all the things that I needed to get done and said to myself… “OK Angelina… take the weekend… finish the list and then you’ll have NOTHING to feel guilty about if you get on the Internet for an hour.” So I did… I made the list and set about completing it. And then life happened…. The kids got sick and passed the flu back and forth for a month… family came to visit… we went on vacation… Thanksgiving… Christmas… we had an unexpected and terrible death in the family… and lightning fried my computer again which forced me to move my office.

Now granted… my list was LONGGGGGG… I really bit off more than I could chew with that one…. It was stuff like… re-decorate the kid’s rooms... clean out the attic… organize the garage and build cabinets… paint the inside of the house with one of those great faux finishes…

It’s pathetic but it’s true. But now I’m done… I’m exhausted… but you should see my organized house… and garage… and office!

Condolences for your lost family member, it's very hard to get over losing a loved one. My Grandmother passed in 91 and not a day goes by that I don't see her in something or someway. I dreamt about her for 5 years after, and they were all dreams about her overcoming her cancer and still being with us. She left me with a huge void.

Thanks for the condolences! She broke her foot and it wasn't healing right and was causing her alot of pain. They switched her to another medication and didn't notice that it conflicted with another medication she was taking. The combination of the two caused her sodium levels in her body to fall very low. She went in to the emergency room feeling disoriented and the doctor raised her sodium levels too quickly. At first she was OK and was packing her purse getting ready to leave the hospital when she began having seizures and went from being a young vibrant healthy mother to brain dead... and then she died a few weeks later.

We were supposed to have dinner together the same night she ended up going to the hospital but I was running totally late and had to go to my son's football game so I told her I couldn't go. I feel like total crap about that every day!

Oh Angelina of course we would miss someone as smart and as humerous as you.

I am so sorry for your loss and can't even imagine how devistated you and your family must be. Last night I was talking to my mom (her mom passed away last week) and she made the comment that it happened so quickly. So of course I had to as nicely as I could give her a reality check on the circumstance. Your moms passing certainly puts thing into perspective. God bless you and your family. We lost my hubbys grandma this last summer thankfully his family is just wonderful and there were plenty of shoulders to lean on.

I'm sorry about both the Grandmas that you lost. And to clear the record... it wasn't my mother who passed away but another very close family member who is a young mother... I guess maybe I wasn't clear. I can't imagine losing my mother... thank goodness she is still around!

Notary Prison... now that's glamorous... I should have thought of that! I E-mailed you but then my computer got fried by a lightning strike (no lie) and if you read the totally pathetic post above... you'll see that if there's nothing else that I am... thanks, I'd love to meet you guys too. I visited your beautiful state a few years back and saw San Jose, San Fran and stayed with friends in L.A. Saw all the local attractions, Rodeo Dr., and the sidewalks with the stars and went to the Leno show. I must say, you guys got some kickin' shoes out there lol...I'd probably fall off them and kill myself, plus I'm 5'7 and another 5 inches would make me look like an amazon! Love those stilettos, so sexy

Yeah, it's pretty cool here. A little crowded for me. I went to watch American Idol when Rubben Studdard was in it. WOW what a blast. Simon Cowell is way cute in person. I can't wear heels when I'm with hubby I'm 5'7" also, even though he is 5'9" I still wouldn't want to be taller than him.
