OT (sort-of) - Downloading Forms

I'm having trouble downloading forms from various websites and didn't know where to turn so thought I'd start here!

I have not had any problems with printing e-docs (thank goodness!), but recently when I tried to download an IRS publication and also a form from the State of Florida, I received an error message that the server is down. However, I can download the forms from my husband's laptop so I know that the server is not the issue. My cookies are enabled, so that shouldn't be the problem. Could it be my Norton Anti-virus protection? I don't know how to go about fixing this problem.

Any suggestions? Has anyone ever used "the Geek Squad" for help? Thanks!

>>> ...error message that the server is down<<<

Can you please be more **exact** in the error message. The wording of the error message is the key in determining what the error is.

Did you try the same operation a second time after waiting, say 5 to 15 minutes?
